How much does Airbnb cleaning cost?
Airbnb turnover cleaning starts at £45 for a studio or 1-bed flat, £65 for a 2-bed property, and £95 for a 3-4 bed property. Most hosts pass this directly to guests as their cleaning fee — our prices are set to keep you competitive on nightly rates.
Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes. Same-day turnovers between check-out (usually 10:00-11:00) and check-in (usually 15:00-16:00) are our bread-and-butter. We hit the 4-hour window consistently. For tight weekends in peak season, book your recurring turnovers in advance so we lock in the team.
Do you handle linen and laundry?
Two options. Option A: you provide a second set of linen and we swap them over each turnover (you handle washing). Option B: we pick up, wash, iron, and return your linen for £25-£45 depending on set size — adds about 24 hours to cycle time. Linen hire is also available.
What areas do you cover for Airbnb cleaning?
We cover all major short-let hotspots within 40 miles of High Wycombe — Marlow, Henley-on-Thames, Cookham, Bourne End, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Maidenhead, and Windsor-area holiday lets. Thames-side and Chilterns properties are our most common turnovers.
What happens if guests leave damage?
Every turnover includes a damage check. We take time-stamped photos of anything outside fair wear-and-tear and send them to you within 30 minutes of completion. You then decide whether to claim from Airbnb Host Protection, charge the guest, or absorb it.
Do you restock consumables?
Yes. We restock from stock you leave on-site (toilet roll, soap, shower gel, coffee, tea, welcome snacks). We flag when stock is low so you do not run out mid-weekend. On request we can buy-and-invoice consumables at cost.
How do you coordinate turnovers?
Your booking calendar is synced to our system (via Google Calendar or PMS integration). We see check-ins and check-outs automatically and schedule the turnover. You get a WhatsApp confirmation the evening before each job.
What if a turnover slot gets added at short notice?
During peak season we hold capacity for last-minute bookings. Add a new turnover the day-before and we will usually cover it — we confirm within 30 minutes during office hours.
