One-off or recurring — which should I book?

Book a one-off if you have guests coming, are hosting an event, or want to trial us before committing. Book recurring if you want an ongoing clean home with the same cleaner each visit. Most clients start with a one-off and switch to weekly or fortnightly.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. We bring everything as standard — eco-friendly products, microfibre cloths, vacuum, mop, and all cleaning tools. If you have preferred products (eg for marble, sensitive children, or pet allergies) we will happily use yours instead.

Can the same cleaner come every time?

Yes, for recurring clients. We assign one cleaner (or a consistent two-person team) to your home so they learn your preferences and you build trust. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday, we send a briefed stand-in.

How long will the clean take?

A maintenance clean on a 1-bed flat takes 2-3 hours with one cleaner. A 2-3 bed house takes 3-4 hours. A 4+ bed home takes 4-6 hours. Times shorten for recurring visits as the home stays in better condition.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most of our regular clients give us a key or lockbox code. We are DBS-checked and £2M insured, so your home is safe with us. Many clients are at work during their scheduled clean.

Can you help with laundry, ironing, or tidying up before cleaning?

We load and unload washing machines and tumble dryers as part of the clean. Ironing is a separate service (£15-£25/hour). Tidying up before cleaning — yes, we tidy surfaces so we can clean them; major clutter removal is charged separately.

What if something gets damaged?

We hold £2M public liability insurance. If we break something, we pay for replacement or repair. In six years of cleaning, claims have been minimal — we train on fragile handling and flag anything concerning before touching it.
