How much does office cleaning cost in High Wycombe?

When do you clean — during hours or after?

Most offices prefer evening cleans (18:00-22:00) or early morning (06:00-08:00) so staff arrive to a clean space. Daytime cleaning is possible if you prefer — we are discreet and stay out of meetings. Weekend-only schedules also work for offices with lower occupancy.

How often should an office be cleaned?

Small office (under 10 desks): twice a week minimum. Medium office (10-30 desks): 3-5 times a week. Large office: daily. Toilets and kitchens always need daily attention if there are 10+ staff using them. We can do a site walk and recommend a frequency in 15 minutes.

Do you clean the desks themselves?

Yes — surfaces are wiped each visit, unless staff have items on them (we do not move personal items without permission). Keyboards, mice, phones, and monitor screens are dusted. Deep desk cleans (moving everything) can be scheduled periodically.

Do you manage consumables like toilet roll and hand soap?

Yes, if you want us to. We can buy and stock consumables at cost and invoice them alongside the cleaning fee, so you never run out. Alternatively, you buy them yourself and we restock from your stock cupboard — up to you.

What about meeting rooms and client-facing areas?

Meeting rooms are standard in every visit: tables wiped, chairs straightened, whiteboards cleaned, AV equipment dusted. Reception is given extra attention — that is your first impression. We can leave meeting rooms "board-ready" for first meetings.

Are your cleaners DBS-checked and insured?

Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked. We hold £2M public liability and full employer's liability insurance. Certificates available on request. For clients with additional security requirements (confidentiality, access logs, visitor management integration) we are happy to accommodate.

What happens during holidays and Bank Holidays?

By default we clean on Bank Holidays (many offices are empty, so it is a good opportunity for deeper work). If you prefer to skip, no problem — just give 72 hours notice and we do not charge for the missed slot.
